China's central bank is to cut its bank reserve requirement ratio by one percentage point.

　　中国央行将把银行存款准备金率下调一个百分点(简称降准)。

　　The People's Bank of China said that the new reserve requirement would take effect from Monday.

　　中国人民银行表示新的存款准备金率将于周一生效。

　　The aim is to stimulate more lending into the nation's slowing economy.

　　这项举措是为了刺激更多贷款投入中国正在放缓增长的经济中去。

　　The move allows banks to lend out more money, with Chinese state media saying the cut will release 1.2 trillion yuan ($194bn; £130bn) into the world's second-largest economy.

　　它允许银行提供更多贷款。中国的国有媒体表示降准将为世界第二大经济体释放1.2万亿人民币(合1940亿英镑，1300亿美元)资金。

　　China's economy grew by 7% in the first quarter of the year, a large figure by Western standards, but the lowest for the country since the financial crisis of 2009.

　　今年第一季度，中国经济的增速为7%。从西方国家的标准看，这是个很大的数字。但对于中国来说，却是自2009年经济危机以来的最低值。

　　Last year its growth slowed to its weakest in 24 years, expanding 7.4% in 2014 from 7.7% in 2013.

　　去年的经济增长速度为7.4%，创24年来最低。2013年的增速则是7.7%。

　　It meant growth in the nation's economy missed its official annual growth target of 7.5% for the first time in 15 years.

　　这意味着中国经济15年来首次未能达到7.5%这一官方年度增长目标。

　　As part of the new measures the Central Bank has also said it will provide various further cuts to reserve requirements for banks providing agricultural financing.

　　作为新措施的一部分，央行表示将对提供农业贷款的银行进行进一步降准。

　　The bank had previously cut its reserve requirement two months ago.

　　2个月前，央行曾进行过一次降准。
