【内容简介】

　　《疯狂动物城》是迪士尼影业出品的一部3D动画片，由里奇·摩尔、拜恩·霍华德及杰拉德·布什联合执导，并由演员金妮弗·古德温、杰森·贝特曼、夏奇拉、艾伦·图代克等配音。这部影片讲述的是在一个动物城里，兔子朱迪一直梦想着成为一名警察，最终通过自己的努力实现了这一梦想的故事。

　　Nick: Right, but a fox could? Huh?

　　Judy: Nick, stop it, you're not like them.

　　Nick: Oh, there's a 'them' now?

　　Judy: You know what I mean, you're not that kind of predator.

　　Nick: The kind that needs to be muzzled? The kind that makes you think you need to carry around fox repellant? Yeah, don't think I didn't notice that little item the first time we met. Look. Let me ask you a question. Are you afraid of me? Do you think I might go nuts? You think I might go savage? You think I might try to eat you? I knew it, huh. Just when I thought somebody actually believed in me, huh? Probably best if you don't have a predator as a partner.

　　Judy: No, Nick. Nick!

　　A Reporter: Officer Hopps, were you just threatened by that predator?

　　Judy: No, he's my friend.

　　A Reporter: We can't even trust our own friends?

　　Judy: That is not what I said. Please.

　　朱迪找到失踪的14只动物后，将狮市长抓入牢中后受采访，说到兽性大发的动物都是食肉动物是因为他们DNA里有狩猎的本能。尼克在台下听到这些后，想起了小时候的遭遇，以为朱迪不会对食肉动物有偏见，就质问她。revert back在这里是回归，返回的意思。

　　2. go savage

　　尼克质问朱迪之后，朱迪说她只是在陈述案情，兔子不可能野蛮化。尼克恼怒说：“所以，狐狸就有可能?”狐狸一系列的质问显然惊吓住了朱迪。朱迪防备的动作和表情伤害到了尼克，他们第一次争吵不欢而散。go savage 在这里是兽性大发，野蛮化的意思。

　　3. go nuts

　　尼克问：“我问你个问题，你害怕我吗?你觉得我会发疯吗?我会兽性大发吗?我会不会吃了你?”尼克一声接一声的逼问，做出一副吃朱迪的表情，着实吓了朱迪一跳，也伤害了尼克的心。go nuts 变得发疯，失去理智，常和at连用。

　　4. believe in

　　尼克说，还以为真有人相信我了呢?你还是别找食肉动物做搭档了，接着把手里的警察就职申请表还给了朱迪。believe in是相信的意思，要区别believe。Believe表示相信，信以为真;而believe in则表示信仰，信任，其后搭配常为宗教，理论，原则及信任之人。
