　　Sam: Hi, Carol! Where is Tom?

　　Carol: He’s upstairs. He’s having a bath.

　　Carol: Tom!

　　Tom: Yes?

　　Carol: Sam’s here.

　　Tom: I’m nearly ready.

　　Tom: Hello, Sam. Have a cigarette.

　　Sam: No, thanks, Tom.

　　Tom: Have a glass of whiskey then.

　　Sam: OK. Thanks.

　　Tom: Is dinner ready, Carol?

　　Carol: It’s nearly ready. We can have dinner at seven o’clock.

　　Tom: Sam and I had lunch together today. We went to a restaurant.

　　Carol: What did you have?

　　Tom: We had roast beef and potatoes.

　　Carol: Oh!

　　Tom: What’s the matter, Carol?

　　Carol: Well, you’re going to have roast beef and potatoes again tonight!

　　下面我来总结一些比较重要的知识点：

　　have

　　have是一个万能词，有非常多的用法，除了表示“有...”之外，在本课中，动词have后面接名词或名词短语，有“进行”“从事”的意思

　　He's having a bath. 他正在洗澡。

　　She is having a cigarette. 她在抽烟。

　　Let’s have some fun. 让我们找点乐子吧。

　　除此之外，在本课中，have还可以表示：吃、喝

　　Sam and I had lunch together today. 山姆和我一起吃了午饭。

　　We had roast beef and potatoes. 我们吃了烤牛肉喝土豆。

　　Have a glass of whiskey. 喝杯威士忌。

　　除此之外，在新概念一册的77课种，have跟表示疾病的词语搭配，有 “生;得(疾病)”的意思

　　I am having a headache. 我头疼。

　　She had a bad cold. 她得了重感冒。

　　The baby has measles. 婴儿患有麻疹。

　　小小的一个have 不要低估它的作用，除了这些之外，还有很多用处

　　nearly [ˈnɪəli] adv. 几乎;差不多;差点

　　The dinner is nearly ready. 饭马上就好。

　　I nearly missed the train. 我险些赶不上火车。

　　除此之外nearly 还有 “极;密切地”的意思

　　He resembles a film star nearly. 他酷似一位电影明星。

　　The matter concerns us nearly. 这事与我们有切身关系。

　　well 口语中经常用到这个词语，相当于我们的：em...;哦;好吧...

　　Well, it's a pleasure to meet you. 噢,很高兴见到你。

　　Look, I'm really sorry I woke you, and, well, I just wanted to tell you I was all right.
