China's fashion e-commerce service Mogujie.com hasannounced a merger with Tencent-backed competitorMeilishuo.com.

　　The value of the combined company is estimated at 3 billionU.S. dollars. Mogujie founder Chen Qi will become the CEO ofthe merged company.

　　腾讯作为美丽说现有股东，将对合并后的新公司追加投资，合并后新公司整体估值近30亿美元，蘑菇街CEO陈琪将出任新公司CEO一职

　　The tie-up of the fashion sites, both backed by Hillhouse Capital Management, follows the mergersof travel sites C-trip and Qunar as well as group-buying websites Meituan and Dianping.

　　知名投资机构高瓴资本再次出手，助推蘑菇街美丽说"联姻"，此前携程去哪儿“在一起”、美团大众点评“抱团”，高瓴资本功不可没。

　　Mogujie has 130 million registered users. It raised more than 200 million U.S. dollars inNovember.

　　蘑菇街现有注册用户一亿三千万，去年11月宣布完成D轮融资，总金额超过2亿美元。

　　Meilishuo has about 15-thousand merchants on its website and runs a mobile application.

　　美丽说平台商户超过15000家，移动端用户量近千万。
