Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Hamad bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Muhammed Al Thani is the Emir of the state of Qatar. He ascended to that position in June 1995, after overthrowing his father, who was in Switzerland at the time.
酋长哈马德·本·哈利法·本·哈马德·本·阿卜杜拉·本·阿卜杜拉·本·贾西姆·穆罕姆德·阿勒萨尼是卡塔尔国的埃米尔(穆罕默德后裔的尊称)。他乘其父在瑞士时推翻其统治，之后于1995年6月登上王位。
