　　At the invitation of President Xi Jinping, President Barack Obamaof the United States of America will attend the APEC EconomicLeaders' Meeting and pay a state visit to China from November10 to 12. Leaders of the two countries will have an in-depthexchange of views on Sino-American relations as well as majorinternational and regional issues of common interest.

　　一、应国家主席邀请，美利坚合众国总统巴拉克·奥巴马将于11月10日至12日来华出席亚太经合组织领导人非正式会议并对中国进行国事访问。届时，两国领导人将就中美关系和共同关心的重大国际与地区问题深入交换意见。

　　At the invitation of President Xi Jinping, President Enrique Peña Nieto of the United Mexican Stateswill attend the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and pay a state visit to China from November 10to 13.

　　A: China congratulates Tunisia on holding a successful election of the Assembly of People'sRepresentatives. This is another positive step forward in the course of political transition in Tunisia.As a friend of Tunisia, the Chinese side wishes with all sincerity that Tunisia could realize lastingpeace and security, prosperity and development.

　　答：中方对突尼斯成功举行人民代表大会选举表示祝贺，这是突尼斯政治过渡进程取得的又一积极进展。作为突尼斯的友好国家，中方衷心祝愿突尼斯实现长治久安，繁荣发展。

　　Q: The University of Toronto is said to issue a report that says there has beenpersistent China-based hacking attacks on civil society organizations. Do you have aresponse to that?

　　问：多伦多大学计划发表报告，称一些民间团体遭到来自中国的黑客攻击。中方对此有何回应?

　　A: I have not seen the report. The position held by the Chinese government on issues concerninghacking attacks is clear and consistent. The Chinese side firmly opposes and cracks down on allforms of cyber attacks. We are ready to enhance cooperation with the international community tojointly safeguard peace, security, openness and cooperation of the cyber space.

　　答：我没有看到你提到的报道。关于黑客攻击问题，中国政府的立场是明确的、一贯的。中方坚决反对并打击一切形式的网络黑客攻击行为。我们愿与国际社会加强合作，共同维护网络空间的和平、安全、开放与合作。

　　Q: Donetsk and Lugansk, the eastern part of Ukraine, held their own electionsyesterday. What is China's stance? Does China recognize the results of these elections?Will the elections, in your opinion, ease the situation or escalate the tension?
