"Gotham" fans hoping to see another glimpse of Jerome (Cameron Monaghan) before the end of Season 1 are out of luck. He will be back, however, according to executive producer John Stephens.

　　Speaking to Zap2it at WonderCon, Stephens teases, "We will be revisiting [the Jerome storyline] next year. So everyone can keep watching and he will come back." Of course, what Stephens won't confirm is whether Jerome will end up being the Joker, even if the cast is convinced that's the case.

　　Another interesting development for Season 2 is the debut of Victor Fries -- better known as Mr. Freeze -- an iconic Batman villain who was first teased by executive producer Danny Cannon back in August.

　　"We definitely look towards Victor Fries. That's a character we want to bring in," Stephens says. "In that world of 'Gotham,' we want to talk right up to that line of the superpowered world and not cross over it. Science villains, like Victor Fries, allow you to do that."

　　Before getting to Jerome and Mr. Freeze, "Gotham" has to deal with the Ogre (Milo Ventimiglia) when the series returns Monday (April 13) at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.

　　令一个有关第二季剧情发展的消息是：据执行制片丹尼·卡农(Danny Cannon)曾透露，维克多·弗莱斯(Victor Fries)——又名急冻人——是《蝙蝠侠》漫画中的著名反派角色。

　　斯蒂芬说：“我们非常期待维克多·弗莱斯的加入，这是我们想要在《哥谭》的世界里引入的角色。我们想拍点超能力的东西，但又不希望把《哥谭》拍成超能力剧。像维克多·弗莱斯这样的科学家反派就是我们想要的。”

　　在看到杰罗姆和急冻人之前，《哥谭》必须在周一(4月13日)美国时间晚8时的FOX台对战食人魔(米洛·文堤米利亚/ Milo Ventimiglia饰)。
