　　杰克和玛丽在谈论公司的职位空缺情况

　　Jack: Mary, you have found several companies that are hiring, right?

　　杰克：玛丽，你不是找到几个有意向的公司了吗?

　　Mary: Yes, I have found three companies.

　　玛丽：是的，一共有3个。

　　Jack: Have you called to inquire about the positions?

　　杰克：你打电话咨询职位情况了吗?

　　Mary: Yes, but the results are not so satisfying.

　　玛丽：是的，不过结果并不是很理想。

　　Jack: What's the matter?

　　杰克：怎么回事?

　　Mary: I asked the first company about the vacancy, but they had already hired someone.

　　玛丽：我问第一家公司的职位空缺情况，他们说这个职位已经招到人了。

　　Jack: What a pity!

　　杰克：真是可惜!

　　Mary: The second one told me that the job information was released half a year ago, and had been overdue.

　　玛丽：第二家公司说那个职位信息是他们公司半年前发布的，已经过期了。

　　Jack: It's frustrating!

　　杰克：这太烦人了!

　　Mary: The last company is still hiring, but not recent graduates.

　　玛丽：最后那个公司还在招聘，不过不招应届毕业生。

　　Jack: Wonder why they do that!

　　杰克：怎么会这样?

　　Mary: I feel terrible now.

　　玛丽：我现在感觉糟透了。

　　Jack: Don't be discouraged. Just keep trying and you will find a job eventually.

　　杰克：别灰心，继续努力，你肯定能找到的。

　　Mary: Thanks for your support and care.

　　玛丽：谢谢你的支持与关心。
