　　This is the first call center position I have applied for, but in the training I have done through the temp agency I have been working with, I practiced with multiple lines and was able to handle them with ease.

　　这是我应聘的第一个电话客服职位，但我之前曾在临时就业服务站工作与训练，我练习过集成电话，并且应对得很轻松。

　　I have over ten years of experience working with multiple phone lines, in a busy doctor’s office, as well as at the call center where I worked previously.

　　我有超过10年应对集成电话的经验，曾在忙碌的医生办公室工作过，也在之前的电话客服中心工作过。

　　Yes, I do. In my last position, I have multiple lines coming to me, which I had no difficulty handling.

　　是的，我可以。在上一个职务中，我有过接听多线电话的经验，我处理起来毫不费力。

　　I like working with people, and I have been told that I have good people skills. I think I communicate effectively and in a pleasant way.

　　我喜欢和大家一起工作，大家也都说我也人相处的能力不错。我觉得我能有效并且愉快地与人沟通。

　　I get along well with most people I meet, and people find me easy to talk to, so I think I have good people skills.

　　我与遇到的大多数人相处得都很好，大家觉得我交谈起来很容易，所以我认为我已人相处的能力很强。

　　Throughout my career, I have always worked in customer service and been known as a people person.

　　在我的职业生涯中，我一直从事客户服务工作，大家都知道我是个与人相处的高手。

　　Excellent. My typing speed and accuracy stay very high while I am making calls.

　　非常好。我通话时的打字速度和准确率都很高。

　　Talking and typing come naturally to me. I have always been good at multi-tasking.

　　我很善于讲话和打字，我一直很擅长同时做多项工作。

　　My talk and type skills are very good and are constantly improving.
