Are you willing to overtime?

　　你愿意加班吗?

　　It depends on the work I have to do and my ability to perform it. If I have the capability to complete it, I don’t mind working overtime. However, if I didn’t have the ability to complete the task, it would be risky to take it over.

　　这要看我需要做的工作和我的能力啦。如果我有能力完成一项工作，我不介意加班。但如果我没有足够的能力来完成任务，接下来这份工作可能有风险。

　　I won’t mind working overnight for a couple of days or even weeks in times of tight deadlines. However, I hope the projects are scheduled properly so that working overtime is not too common.

　　如果时间紧迫的话，我不介意加几天，甚至是几周的班。但是我希望工作项目都能有适当的计划，这样加班就不会变成家常便饭。

　　I am a very responsible person. I have definite planning, and I go with that in a systematic way, so in case I am behind schedule, I will surely work overnight and make sure I complete it in time.

　　我是一个很有责任心的人。我有一定的计划，并且能够系统性的按照计划来做事，因此如果我进度比计划慢，我一定会连夜加工，保证按时完成任务。

　　I do understand that it occasionally be necessary in the software industry to work overtime. Generally, I feel that the work can be completed on time if we work hard and utilize the work hours well. However, I have no problem working overtime if the project deadlines are very tight and require me to do so.

　　我明白在软件行业有时必须加班。一般来说，我觉得如果我们认真工作、合理利用工作时间，任务是可以按时完成的。但是如果项目的截止日期很紧，需要加班，我是完全没有问题的。
