　　I've had three years of experience as a trader.

　　I understand that I'll need to learn the specific methods employed by this company, but I believe I have enough knowledge and experience to do the job.

　　我了解贵公司有自己的工作方法，并且我也有学习的必要，但是我相信我已经拥有足够的知识和经验来做这份工作。

　　Since I would be able to produce right away, I believe working as a trainee would be wasting the company's resources and wouldn't be in its best interests.

　　既然我可以立刻对公司做出贡献，如果我以实习生的身份工作的话将会浪费公司资源，对公司而言并不利。
