How do you handle criticism?

　　I always welcome feedback on my work whether it is praise or criticism.

　　不管是表扬还是批评，只要是针对我工作的意见，我都乐意接受。

　　The worst situation is to get no feedback because I won't know whether I'm doing well or not.

　　最糟的情况是没有人反馈，因为这样我会不知道自己做得好不好。

　　Criticism provides a great opportunity to learn and grow.

　　别人的批评给我一个学习和成长的机会。

　　If I'm doing something wrong, I'd like to know so that I can correct and improve myself.

　　如果我某方面做错了，我想要知道，这样我才能改善和提高自己。
