　　Yes, I did when an employee did not show up for work for five days without notifying us.

　　是的，我开除过一个无故缺勤5天的员工。

　　I personally went to his home, but could not find him, so I contacted HR according to the company policy.

　　我亲自去过他家，但是没找到人，于是我根据公司规定通知了人事部。

　　HR notified the employee in writing of the intent to terminate employment, but we never heard from him.

　　人事部以书面形式告知对方他即将被解雇，但是完全没有收到他的回信。

　　We have a company policy that an employee who is absent from work for three consecutive working days or more without notice is deemed to have quit.

　　公司明文规定员工连续3天及以上无故缺勤，视为离职。
