　　As an application laboratory engineer, I devised a new semiconductor-manufacturing process that was more efficient and satisfied a very difficult request of World Products, one of our largest customers.

　　I also helped increase our sales to Best Products through effective customer relationship management and successful incorporation of customer feedback into product design.
