　　After the thrilling Season 4 finale of "Person of Interest," fans just can't wait for Season 5 to begin.

　　In the Season 4 finale, the war between the Machine and Samaritan left a lot of casualties, and actor Michael Emerson hinted that there could be more deaths in the upcoming Season 5 of "Person of Interest."

　　According to Ecumenical News, Emerson, who plays the role of Harold Finch, revealed that his character will be more obsessed in the Samaritan than ever. In the Season 4 finale, after being presumed dead, Sameen Shaw (Sarah Shahi) was revealed to have survived the war. According to Emerson, this is not the only change fans can expect in Season 5.

　　Emerson revealed in an interview that the stakes are now higher as they are up against something that could cause the end for humanity. He also hinted that because they are dealing with something more dangerous, there could be more deaths in the upcoming season. He added that those who will survive will also experience a great shift in their personalities.

　　It was earlier reported that the show has been renewed for Season 5, but only 13 episodes were ordered by CBS, which is only half of the normal 22-episode run of the show. With that, many are speculating that the network will be cancelling the show after Season 5.

　　"Person of Interest" Season 5 is expected to return on CBS in 2016.
