Some people like to make decision based on their own experience while other people prefer to ask others for help such as family and friends. Which do you prefer and why?

范文：

Well, I would like to ask my family or friends for help when making decisions. Because they are more experienced and can give me more useful advice. For example, when it comes to choosing a school, they will know what factors to consider like location, ranking, tuition, and stuff like that. so, they would always give me useful suggestions. On the other hand, if I always stay in my bubble and refuse to listen to others for advice, I will miss out on the opportunities to tap into others' knowledge and pick their brains, which will hold me back from self-improvement and success. That's why I think it's a good idea to listen to others when it comes to making decisions.
