sample answer:
In this lecture, the professor talked about two physical features that help animals move around in mountainous environments.
The first one is strong muscles, to give animals strength and balance so that they can climb up and down steep slopes. For example, mountain goats have well-muscled chest and front-leg area, so that they can pull themselves up on near-vertical slops, and keep balance in tight positions.
Second of all, some animals have some specially adapted feet to keep them from slipping on snow and ice in high altitudes. For example, bighorn sheep have special toes and rubbery pads to grip the surface and prevent themselves from sliding down the hills.
And these are the two physical features that help animals move around in mountainous environments.
