最近鱿鱼游戏被各种刷屏，除了剧集解说，还有游戏版直播。里面的游戏项目让你秒回童年，场景布置也极其温馨充满童趣，但是淘汰制度就…… 游戏黑洞活不过第一集，就是真的“活”不过第一集呢!

　　韩剧鱿鱼游戏叫做Squid Game，Roblox推出的游戏Fish Game，基本还原了剧集里的游戏项目，虽然不看英文规则也不会影响通 关，但是毕竟体验了一把沉浸式游戏，不趁机学学英文岂不是浪费!下面我们就来看看Fish Game里的英文规则吧：

　　游戏一开始就是欢迎辞：

　　Thank you for choosing to participate in our game. Please wait for all other players to load in. Teleporting in 30 seconds. Please refer to the screen to see how many players will be competing.

　　Teleporting在science fiction里很常见，表示“瞬移”。

　　Refer to在这里指的就是look at.

　　下面开始说整体的游戏规则：

　　To win, you must pass all 6 games. However, be careful and avoid being eliminated. If you beat all 6 games, you will win the prize money. Take some time to prepare for your first game.

　　这里说的很文明了，用的一般游戏里的淘汰eliminated，没说killed.

　　游戏第一关：

　　This is called Red Light, Green Light. Here are the rules: You are allowed to move forward when it shouts out Green Light. Stop when it shouts Red Light. If your movement is detected afterward, you will be eliminated. You have 2 minutes to cross the field.

　　这个游戏的口号和名称真是一个国家一个样呢!咱们中国喊：一二三木头人，韩语里的口号是：무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다(木槿花开了)，英语里则是red light, green light!

　　成功活过第一关：Congratulations on winning your first game. Please prepare for the second game. 第二关的内容从扣椪糖变成了走钢丝，唯一的共同点是都跟图形有关。

　　游戏第二关：

　　A shape has been chosen at random. The chosen shape is: Umbrella. You must walk across the shape to the finish. If you fall, you will be eliminated. You have 2 minutes to complete this game.

　　马戏团里的走钢丝叫做tightrope，这种应该叫死亡tightrope了。

　　游戏第三关：

　　You will be playing Tug of War. You have been separated into two groups. When the game begins, you must click / tap a button to pull the rope. The first team to pull the other team over the edge wins. The platform will slowly shrink to avoid a long game. The game will begin once the button appears on your screen.

　　输了游戏，起码要记住“拔河”叫做tug of war.

　　游戏第四关：

　　You will be playing marbles. You will start with 10 marbles. The game will wager 1-5 marbles. You must guess if it is an odd or even number of marbles. If correct, you will get however many marbles were wagered. If wrong, that amount will be taken from you. Hold 20 marbles or last 8 rounds to win. However, if you run out of marbles, you are eliminated. You have 10 seconds to make your guess.

　　玻璃弹珠原来叫marble，对，就是那个大理石。弹珠游戏就叫marbles.

　　odd和even在数学语境里表示“奇偶”。

　　游戏第五关：

　　In front of you are tiles. In each row, there are two tiles. One of the tiles is strong enough to hold players. However, one of them will break when stepped on. You have 2 minutes to reach the end.

　　游戏第六关：

　　Welcome to your final game. This is a simple game. You will be given a push tool. Use it to knock the other players out of the arena. If you touch the light-colored sand, even the tiniest bit, you will be eliminated. The last player alive will win.

　　knock sb. out (of sth.) 表示to defeat sb. so that they cannot continue competing. 游戏里出现的KO就是knockout的缩写。

　　Congratulations, you are the winner. You have defeated all other players. Take your prize money and head back to the hub.

　　head除了表示人头还有动词的词性哦!表示往某个方向移动，例如：

　　Where are we heading? Where are you two headed?
