想共度时光的人

Describe someone you really like to spend time with. You should say:

· Who the person is

· How you knew him or her

· What you usually do together

And explain why you like to spend time with him or her.

I’m not really a people person, cause I find socializing with many people very exhausting. I would say it’s the last thing I would do in my free time. I’d rather stay alone or with the people I’m really familiar with. So I’d like to introduce my best friend, Lee.

She is two years older than me, but we went to the same high school together. I got to know her, since one day, she invited me to have lunch with her in the canteen. I guess it was because she didn’t want to eat alone in a crowded place, which she found rather embarrassing. Then, we ended up dining together for the rest of the term and became really close friends.

Now we live in different cities. But every spring festival, we would go back to our hometown and go out together as much as we can. Usually we would hang out in the mall, or enjoy a really nice meal in each other’ s house.

I enjoy spending time with her, since she is a very loving and caring person. She often asks me how my day went and how I’m feeling, which Chinese people seldom tend to ask and care about. If I’m stressed out or feel depressed, she would send me some memes or funny videos on the Internet to cheer me up. What’s more, if I meet some daunting tasks, she would offer her helping hand even before I ask. I can ’ t think of any reason why anyone wouldn’t want to spend time with her.
